3 More Healthy Food (online pharmacy) Recipes For Dinner

Thursday, 05 February 2009
By Dee Power

You've just rushed home, the kids are hungry, the dog needs to go for a walk and you're just plain frazzled. And then there's dinner. Relax. Here are 3 healthy food recipes for dinner.

Pasta with Spring Vegetables
Spring is a prime time for fresh crisp vegetables. Cook your favorite pasta until it's nearly done. For every serving add one cup of raw vegetables. For example: if you're serving six people you would add six cups of veggies. Spring vegetables could include fresh or frozen peas, asparagus, baby carrots, and cherry tomatoes. Add the veggies to the pasta about 3 to 4 minutes before it's done. You want the vegetables cooked but still crisp. Remove from the heat and strain. Add a handful of your favorite fresh herbs, basil, thyme, parsley are all good choices and a tablespoon of virgin olive oil for each serving. Toss. Add some crunchy bread and dinner is ready.

Citrus Chicken Breasts.
For each serving use one chicken breast with the skin on. Slice a lemon, lime and orange. Place a slice of each

(Online pharmacy) Using Body Butter For Natural Skin Care

Wednesday, 04 February 2009
By Matt Chang

Cocoa body butter can be used on a variety of body parts, not just the ever expanding belly of pregnant women. In our house we use the product as a totally body moisturizer, for dry feet and as a hand creme. The Butter melts into the skin leaving the skin soft, supple and never tacky. The delicate hint of chocolate dissipates in a matter of seconds and since we never use artificial fragrances our product does not contain phthalates.

The texture of shea butter is not like a regular lotion. Since you're dealing with pure shea butter you have to think of it like an oil... not like a lotion or cream. It melts to an oil very easily. When it is not melted it is slightly crumbly, and even hard depending on the temperature. If you take a pea sized amount and rub it between your hands, it melts to an oil at body temperature. Spread it all over and massage dry areas like cracked heals or elbows. Shea butter quickly absorbs into the skin so it does not leave a greasy feeling.
