You might think it strange, that at a time when an increasing number of people are better educated, they do not maintain their bodies as well as they deserve. Absurdly, the body is frequently harmed by the purposeful, or unavoidable, intake of unhealthy substances, to the extent that it forces you to speculate whether the advice you receive is worthless. It appears to fail, insofar as dealing with natural health is involved, and also hasn't encouraged people to steer clear of health difficulties, that are often of their own making.
Some common discomforts are often attempting to act as a warning system, though infrequently they might be a prelude to something more serious. Fatigue could be an indication, that whatever we are doing, requires us to consider longer or more frequent breaks. It could be a warning that we are spending an excessive amount of time concentrating on visual display units or having no time to relax. Tummy trouble may result from junk food that doesn't suit us, or from eating without taking a break. In such situations it is easy to pop a pill but that is not very |
