* Stress/anxiety reduction

Each of these aspects work cooperatively and have an accumulative effect. One change may make a small difference, but many little changes add up to significant results.

Drinking enough water: Dehydration is a widespread problem, many people are not even aware that they are dehydrated. Chronic dehydration can make way for constipation. To stay hydrated, drink plenty of water each day , and avert caffeinated drinks which are dehydrating.

Getting more exercise: Lack of exercise is another frequent contributor to chronic constipation. Everyone of us know that exercise is vital to our overall health, but it can also be helpful to constipation.
